Jakarta - Kapolri Jendral Pol Bambang Hendarso Danuri (BHD) menegaskan penyidik tetap memakai keterangan tersangka Ari Muladi sebagaimana dituangkan dalam Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) tanggal 15 Juli. Hal itu setelah Ari diuji memakai alat tes kebohongan. "Kami gunakan tes kebohongan. Dari tes itu menyatakan bahwa keterangan yang pertama lah yang benar," kata BHD dlam Rapat Kerja Komisi III DPR dengan Kapolri di Gedung DPR, Senayan, Jakarta, Jumat (6/11/2009).

Dikatakan BHD, semula Ari mengaku ada penyerahan uang dari adik Komisaris PT Masaro Radiokom Anggoro Widjojo, Anggodo Widjojo, ke pimpinan KPK. Akan tetapi, Ari kemudian mengubah proses aliran dana sekitar Rp 6 miliar itu melalui 'Yulianto'.

"Setelah dia tidak ditahan, melarikan diri, dicari ke Surabaya dan tertangkap di Yogyakarta, setelah diperiksa kembali dia membuat proses baru bahwa uang Rp 6 miliar itu diteruskan kepada 'Yulianto'.

Menurutnya, 'Yulianto' adalah nama baru yang dimunculkan Ari. Namun, dia tidak mampu menjelaskan siapa sosok misterius itu. Karenanya lah, penyidik kembali ke pengakuan awal.

"'Yulianto' menuut dia dia tidak bisa dijelaskan, Di mana rumahnya juga tidak tahu," pungkasnya.
